Lance McMahan joined our team without hope or direction, but grew into an innovative leader. He now leads a successful team professionally, got married, and is looking forward to supporting his growing family on a single income.




"I had never had a job before, at 34 years old."
Levi Lane was hired without any work experience of any kind, which his behavior and performance initially showed. But through relentless mentoring and intentional growth, he became a masterful leader on our production floor, and since his release has Managed Quality at multiple federally regulated plants.
"I was given a work ethic that has taken me farther than I thought possible."
Martavious Owens had never held a job, but working at Seat King developed in him a passion for personal development and professional excellence, which he has leveraged post-release to become a top-tier CNC Machinist, get married, and start a family.

Isaac Sosa was scheduled for release far too soon to be an ideal hire, but Seat King took a risk on him anyway. In just four short months, he was reforged into a good man and a great employee, before being released. Isaac is now thriving in the aerospace industry!

The Electrex Fresnillo Quality Team funded a raffle for a TV, which fully covered the cost of a prosthetic hip for the father of team member Rosalba Hernandez Zapata, after learning it wasn’t included in his surgery through insurance.

A Seam-less Situation Solved
When the home of Seat King's Marierla Rodríguez caught fire and destroyed all of her family's clothing and furniture, her teammates in the Sewing department got together with SK Fresnillo's leadership team to purchase replacement furniture and clothing for Marierla and her children, and as well as funding toward the repair of her home.
